A look inside the new Vermillion Goodwill store

Vermillion’s Goodwill is coming soon!

The new Goodwill of the Great Plains retail store in Vermillion, South Dakota is really coming together – the walls are up and the inside just needs some finishing touches like flooring, drywall and paint.

In just a few short months you’ll be able to find great deals on nearly new and gently used accessories, clothing, furniture and more inside.

And what’s better than getting a great deal? Knowing every donation you drop off and dollar you spend furthers our mission of helping people find meaningful, rewarding jobs in the communities we call home.

New Vermillion Store Taking Shape

Vermillion Store Construction Update

The new Vermillion store is taking shape and going vertical!

As you can see in the photos above, steel beams are now in place and we should start to see the building really take shape over the next few weeks.

We’re still on target to open in early 2024 – keep checking the blog to stay up to date with the construction progress.

Vermillion Store Progress

We’re continuing to make great progress. The parking lot will start going in next week. We should have the building onsite within the next 1-3 weeks as well and are doing the pre-work until it arrives!
